Rep. Moore Opposes SB 3393, Calls for Transparency and Accountability

Yesterday, I spoke in opposition to SB 3393, legislation that would create a new Illinois Mediation Program within the Illinois Department of Labor, because taxpayers deserve clear answers about the cost, staffing requirements, and long-term impact of this proposed program. We not only need those answers, but taxpayers deserve them. As I’ve said before, Illinois is facing another difficult budget year, yet we are being asked to move forward with a new program without knowing its full cost.
