Since 2004, the Community For Christ Assistance Center in Camp Point has been helping neighbors in need with food, clothing, emergency assistance, school supplies, and more. Partnering with 38 local churches, the CFCAC serves hundreds of Illinoisans each month through their food pantry, thrift stores, and community programs, ensuring no one leaves hungry.
